Isaiah 55:6-7 Seek ye the Lord while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near: 7 Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the Lord, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.
Amen, Amen, Preacher. It will fer sure be sad days for those people. But I Thank my God for Jesus Christ making a way for ole sinners like me to be Borned Again Believers in The Lord Jesus Christ .... In Him is my hope and trust.. Love you Preacher
Watched and enjoyed. Great class! These are sad times and hard truths, but I’m thankful that my God is right, just, and faithful. I trust Him! Amen, Bro. Mike.
Dear Preacher, I have much to pray for, the Lord has shown me grace and mercy and I am still unworthy of His goodness. But I tell you the truth I love Him with all my heart. Enjoy your day with the Lord🙏❤️🙏
My daddy always said, the worst punishment God can give you sometimes, is to give you what you want. Our pastor talked about Pharaoh’s heart being hardened this past Sunday. He said the same thing you did. He wanted a hard heart, God helped him with it.
It is God’s will that all be saved, and everyone has the opportunity for salvation. God is fair and just. If someone turns from the truth to believe the lie it is their fault if their heart is hardened. God’s love is so deep, he gave his only begotten Son, and all we have to do is believe in Him.
Truly we live in the day and hour folks are calling good evil and evil good. One day theyll find out all liars will have their part in the lake of fire... as sure as heaven is for real... Hell and the lake of fure is also for real.... a reality and.in order to go th Heaven we must be saved... born again... free from sin.
May God bless you and continue to motivate you to fulfill your course and conform you into the image of his beloved and only begotten Son Jesus Christ! And all the other listeners of this Bible study. Lord help us believe the truth in Jesus Name! Thy Word is Truth! Sactify us by thy Truth! Help us to hear the voice of the Bride and the Bridegroom while we still can! Jesus is the Bridegroom. We are the Bride if we accept Jesus as our Saviour! If we confess that Jesus Christ is Lord and believe that God raised him from the grave we shall be saved!
Great study, Dr. Bagwell! The "them" in verse 11 is the wicked during the tribulation. "Strong" gives us the word "energized". "Delusion" is to mislead or beguile. They would not believe on Jesus so now they will believe a lie. "A lie"/ψεῦδος/pseudos/the lie. This lie will be the antichrist. "That" is a hina clause. "Damned"/κρίνω/krinō. "Believed"/πιστεύω/pisteuō/relied on. "Truth"/ἀλήθεια/alētheia. Anything virtually the Bible says is wrong, they call it right. See Ezek. 33:11. God has no pleasure in the death of the wicked. God doesn't take pleasure in someone going to hell. God will do it because He is holy. God is righteous and He must judge sin to be true to His character. All God is doing is removing the restraints and allowing man to follow the natural inclinations of his heart. See Hab. 1:13. God is of purer eyes than to behold evil. God cannot look upon iniquity. Even God has a limiting point or cutoff point. The grace of God has limits. See Psalm 19:9. The judgments of the Lord are true and righteous altogether. Anytime God judges it is right. God can do no wrong. See Mark 7:37. Jesus did all things well. In judgment, God has done all things well. See Rev. 19. The smoke of judgment is still rising, and many people in heaven are giving glory and honor to the Lord for being true and righteous in His judgments. "Should believe" is an arorist infinitive. It is a certainty it will happen. See Gen. 6:3. God said His Spirit will not always strive with man. See Prov. 5:22. His own iniquities will take the man himself. If you fall into sin and you ignore God's restraining power, that sin will lead to more sin and become habitual. You will be subservient to that sin. Pharoah's heart was hardened by God after Pharoah rejected Him. If you reject the Holy Spirit, your heart will be hardened. See Ex. 8:15, 8:32 & 9:34. Pharaoh hardened his own heart first. Then, after he had rejected the Lord, the Lord hardened his heart (Ex. 10:1). See Prov. 1:24-30. "Send"/πέμπω/pempō/dispatch. See Romans chapter 1. Because of rebellious, repetitive sin, God will turn one over to a reprobate mind. See Rev. 22. Outside of New Jerusalem there are those that cannot enter in. They are dogs, sorcerers, whoremongers, murders, idolators and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie. God will judge them for that. See 2 Thess. 2:10. They will perish because they received not the love of the truth. Who is truth? The Lord Jesus. See John 8:44. There is no truth in the devil. He is a liar and the father of lies. The strong delusion is a punishment from God and the inevitable result of their rebellion against God. See Hosea 4:17. Ephraim is joined to his idols, let him alone. Do not postpone being born again. There could be a day that God leaves you alone. If you don't believe in Jesus, you are already condemned. See John 3:36. See 1 Tim. 4:2. They have their conscious seared with a hot iron. You sin, God convicts you through the Holy Ghost, the next time the admonition will not be quite as strong. God begins to withdraw. As a Christian this could lead to punishment and premature death. See Heb. 11:25. God can give you pleasure and delight in righteousness instead of unrighteousness. See Romans 12:2. You can know what is the good, and acceptable and perfect will of God. See Isaiah 5:20. Woe unto them that call evil good. See Isa. 59:14. Truth has been murdered in the street. Phenomenal study this morning, Dr. Bagwell! Thank you so much for these wonderful studies.
