Premise 4: ∴ If "O's" are abstractions and not minds, then they cannot will anything or impose themselves on the conscious mind Premise 5: Also, the mind has some control over its experiences (e.g., opening eyes to see), but not all experiences are desired, and the mind often encounters unwanted experiences (such as pain). Premise 6: ∴ If "O's" cannot impose themselves onto the mind, and the mind does not will all of its experiences, then some external force must account for these experiences. Conclusion: ∴, there must be an agent or force, "G," that creates or imposes experiences on the mind. "G" is a necessary variable arising from the argument, rather than an assumed variable....
