- In this episode I was able to finally catch up with The Bodega Truck located in Williamsburg, NY. This Bodega truck is bringing that NY bodega culture to you on wheels. Classic chopped cheese, el dominicano, the hot chick, the regular shmegular....All the things you can find in your neighborhood corner store you can most likley see it here on the truck...the cat on the bread, graffiti, tims, cafe bustelo...etc...watch and see which ones we though were the best sangwish. there will never be another chopped cheese like the one you had in Harlem...when they toasted that sesame roll....that chopped cheese cannot be beat. I wouldn't even try any other.
That "dominicano" looked delicious 😋. We are putting a spin on the chopped cheese in our food truck too. We're taking out the bread from the equation and making it on top of French fries. "Loaded fries" concept . Next time we're in NY we are definitely stopping by to try that " 🇩🇴 Dominicano". Much respect 👏.

Timing is always the best way to go. Your right the bread need to be toasted,but the ingredients flavor,and the tastes love,heart,understanding is what makes,it’s good you that take time to go over everything you have to eat,it gives people a better understanding,on what the food is about.
JL bro, I love your channel and watch all your vids. I live in Philly and we have some amazing sandwiches here, as you very well know. But I’m sorry, I can’t get behind a sandwich that costs so much. Especially a sandwich that is supposed to be affordable for anyone. We can get some huge cheesesteaks here in Philly for under 10 bucks that will taste amazing. Can we all agree the Bodega Truck Owner is FOINE. I would sample his sandwiches, and pickled pigs feet as long as the truck is Clean where he prepares his food... ( I cannot recall finding the pigsfeet since I grew up in Bedstuy. That and the home-made french fries in the paper cone, with a wooden fork, fried pigs tails, etc. was my jam, back in the day... Hard to find those delicacies since OUR Neighborhood stores, greasy spoon Mom and Pop businesses were RAN OUT, RUINED by the INFLUX of hipster, gluten-free Only whites.
