His customer service is on point. Because he genuinely likes what he does. When you go to restaurants and food spots you can always tell when someone likes their job. I'm a cook and really enjoy making food for people to enjoy. You always want to prepare the food as if you were cooking it for yourself or family and friends. Some of the best food comes from small places like this or family run places

The best part of this video is that at the end, two guys are splitting one sandwich & they've both got plenty of food. Ock doesn't skimp on the portions.
I LOVE stories about small shops especially bodegas... the smaller the shop, the harder the grind, the more personality, and more flavors and flair... "The Ocky Way"... Lobster chopped cheese... all smiles, all heart, all passion. This is a recipe for getting viral. Really hope this guy blows up. It seemed like he's going to be opening his own shop soon - there's no doubt he will blow up and I will definitely stop by when I'm in NYC. Growing up in Philly I remember my grandma used to get me $1 Italian hoagies from the bodega right around the corner. I think it was like 9" - super big for 5 yr old lol but I used to devour it. That and a bag of Chumpies chips and a Green Powerade lol. Maybe it was because I had it for the first time there but I have a soft spot for bodegan sandwiches so forreal forreal - this sandwich looks bomb!

I did get my vaccine and I was worried about that as well. I didn't have a reaction fortunately. Due to your shellfish allergies, the doctors make you stay under observation longer to play it safe.
