Ok, so I'm assuming you changed your motherboard since the comment is 4 years old. I want to ask you a few questions C:
Was it hard to disassembly E6530 to get to the motherboard? Did you have any problems with this part?
Did you have already some parts changed in your laptop (like CPU or RAM)? Did it cause any problems?
Did you change your motherboard beacause you wanted nvidia GPU that you didn't have before (like me xD)? If so, were the drivers installed automatically or did you have to install them by yourself? Did you have any problems with this part (like GPU was not detected and drivers couldn't be installed)?
Overall did you have any problems after installing the motherboard?
      _just a few questions_

If you can afford it, get a Graphite Thermal Pad INSTEAD of any kind of messy paste or 'liquid metal' stuff. The graphite pad has proven to be WAY better than even the best of any other medium to conduct the heat from your chip to your heatsink. Cheers! ^_^
Edit: Also, a BIG thanks to content creator for this. The first vid I watched, trying to learn BEFOREHAND how to replace my laptop's thermal paste with the above mentioned pad, was horribly cut AND disGUSTingly bad video quality(like they took 144p or 240p video & blew it up to 720p or something)!

this is a basically laptop using better thermal paste will not improve anything and does cost more. thanks for your support

It's a 'basically' laptop, huh? {chuckles} Why are you talking about using better thermal paste? I said DON'T use thermal paste AT ALL. :/ OF COURSE better thermal paste costs more and its effects are, as you say, minimal at best. That's why I suggest using a cheap graphite pad INSTEAD. It'll completely remove any thermal conductivity bottleneck at the hottest parts of the laptop, AND you can find it dirt cheap at digikey dot com. For example, their part number 1168-2090-ND is a 15mmx15mm square of the stuff for just over $0.10! Granted, you have to buy a minimum of 20 of them, but that's 45cm^2 (45 square centimeters) for $2 & some change! You'll never need to buy more unless you're a super tester business like Linus Tech Tips(look him up here on RUclips) and even then, that much will last you YEARS because it's RE-usable(like, countless times).
      Hope this helps someone! ^_^

Don’t take this guy’s advice and put an mSATA SSD in the full size PCIe slot, it is unsupported and is SATA II, meaning your max data transfer speed to the drive (if it was supported) would be 10 times slower than using your HDD SATA bay. I bought one of these with an mSATA drive included and it was actually in the HDD bay but in a wire “cage”, I learned that they did this because the PCIe slot will not support mSATA.

I think you are confuse, there is no different in buying a normal 2.5 inch SSD and using the an adapter. there is nothing you can do to get better performance since the bottle neck is the laptop slot not the SSD itself. So you cant do anything to get more speed than it allows you. So if you wanted to use 2 hard drive how can you do that. you use the msata slot which is not at max speed but still fast and the normal 2.5 inch sata slot.

Official advice from Dell is that these mini PCIE slots are not mSATA enabled. The next generation e series laptop (e6440 4th gen core I processors) was the first to feature them. Hence why the OP was supplied an mSATA drive with an adapter to fit in the 2.5" drive bay. The SATA 2 Vs 3 limitation is an unrelated issue.
