This is a good video but a little more light in the work surface could be good!

My cpu is running at 70+C and I was considering paying someone to do this for me since taking apart laptops is daunting. I can do PC's but not laptops.
Anyway, I saw this and it's so much easier than any other laptop I've actually opened. I can't wait to do this.

Thanks for the video! I have mine apart right now. The portion of the cooler that branches off to the chipset doesn't quite touch it, seems to hover about 1mm above the die. Did yours have a thermalpad there? Didnt see one on it in the vid but thought I'd ask. If not does yours actually touch the chipset or is there a gap on yours as well? Thanks!
