    Sorry I haven't been around much mate. I've been so busy here on the property, and work. Mum's in the dementia house now for about 4 months. And I'm taking care of dad. Thanktou so,much for these amazing vids, this advice is excellent. I finished my course in horticulture last year, have learned so much. Spring time, it's all about to happen here. Hopefully mother nature treats me right this season. Edit: I have a few wicked clones of white widdow from the best genetics (in my opinion,The strain hunters white widdow fem )
    It was so potent and sticky under the hps .. time for the outdoor challenge.

      Good plant health, no abiotic or biotic stresses for the plants, cultivar optimum conditions like light intensity, humidity, temps etc. Do a brix test & dial in your cultivars mate

      @@canecorso8251 you're welcome to ask a question mate. I do foliar spraying myself especially to eliminate deficiencies. I have a permanent disability in my hands and find it hard to write this is done from speech-to-text

      @@AussyCC sorry to hear man. I use silica and amino acid foliars among a few other things but have recently started front loading Ca with a weekly amino chelated Calcium foliar. Having superb results with that as I am able to increase EC of medium/ nutrient feeding. Haven't measured brix content since I started that but your video reminded me that I should. Not sure if that would see any increase.

    Wouldn't the numbers on the sugars with food crops point to flavor and taste? And I suppose this transfers over to cannabis too, ive seen hay cutters taste the hays sugars in the early morning before cutting and bailing.

      Yes mate, it is a sweetness test, professional grape growers use a reflectometer to work out the harvest date. Thanks for the question mate

    What is the tool cost for Brix testing ? Options

    • @AussyCC
      @AussyCC  Год назад +1

      30 to $50 for a 0 to 30 reflectometer. Maybe 20 or $30 to make the jig to squeeze the juice out. Thanks for the question mate
