The large micron pre- filters trap larger partials first otherwise if these were smaller filters first they would clog faster. Biostimulants are good but increasing biology with biofertilizers/ biopesticides is my focus mainly using microbes and making them reproduce, multiply and work for me. Be careful using your Brine, as this is typically sodium chloride or calcium chloride and may have a lot of fats and oils, but it can be good for soil conditioning if its not saline or faty. @@AussyCC that's correct. In the video I'm sure you describe that but point to the top rather than the larger ones at the bottom. Because I'm a hydroponics grower, I have to watch the bacterial load in the reservoir as a build-up can lead to blockages etc. I've played with hydro-organic using a 3d printed "biofloat" as I coined it. Was a float that contained a porous material to harbor bacteria. Worked well to reduce ammonium and the plants were great. Only issue I had was keeping control of the PH. I do still use microbial inoculant as part of my IPM ragime. It's a blend of different bactilis and other bacteria like trichoderma. The biostimulant I use is basically a bunch of vitamins, hormones and other metabolites from fungi and bacteria. It's a product called supervit by Hesi. I've recently switched to Aloe Vera upon recommendation from a friend. If you want to go down a rabbit hole then check out the benefits of using Aloe Vera. You could probably do a whole live on the subject :) When I say pump the brine elsewhere, I mean into the hot water system. It's quite a common thing to do. They call it "zero waste" reverse osmosis. I can't post links here but, check them out. Much better than wasting a shed load of water. There are drawbacks to that method too. Another option is to implement a permeate pump.

The Australian medical cannabis system has un-educated people running it which results in a poor end product, good luck mate you'll need it. Whats your ppm & PH from your runoff? What color and shape do your leaves have atm?

@@AussyCC i can send pictures but i use coco coir and I use some type of color changing ph drops to even it out to yellow but I flushed today so it should be pretty low but i heard them say for week four it needs around 1600 ppm total but it was like listed in a way with all the nutrients had their own ppm but at the same time I think my plant only has around 600PAR so it wouldn't go that crazy. looking at my book it seems like I have like most micro deficiencies and excess K imbalance or something but my problem is I don't know at all how much fertilizer they should get now so I'm just gonna flush for a week or so and think on it or get help

What PH did your test? measure your runoff parameters mate, DONT guess. I do science with numbers not guessing & get results. buy a ppm meter $20. i guess u have salinity probs so reducing ppm runoff to under 1800ppm might help you. i can help u live on my show in 2 days if u want also
