That's a whole tissue class lesson honestly. Once these Sprout roots I changed the medium adding more cytokinin to produce shoots. This grows for a week or so and you have shoots which equals a plantlet. Slowly harden up over 5 days and you now have a seedling that sprouted. My other cannabis tissue culture video goes into a bit more detail. Thanks for the question mate
@@f_santillanashanellel.2123 from my experience it takes two to four months if everything has gone well. RUclips has not given me a lot of my comments I'm finding sorry for the late reply
Thanks for your question. The protective layer that covers the somatic embryo must be of a certain quality to be protective but also be durable for handling and it MUST have a good enough matrix composition that contains contain all the essential growth materials like nutrients and growth regulators, etc. A high quality of the embryo inside of the synseed is needed for the success of germination but remember the germination pattern of somatic embryos generally perform poorly when compared to their convertibility into whole plantlets. Its fun to try, keep sterile and enjoy.
@@AussyCC Which is more easier, direct or indirect embryogenesis? (If so, what probable simple steps can we do?) We would like what's applicable for us students. Thank you
@@f_santillanashanellel.2123 there are many ways to suit different applications. I use indirect embryogenesis if I am planning to keep a callus and subculture it similar to what the process is in keeping mother plants. I use Direct embryogenesis 4A test or experiment that I wish to grow out and not keep
Very cool
Thx for the nice words mate. Your welcome to ask questions each weekend on my lives
Very cool thank you for sharing your experience.
You're welcome mate thanks for this support
Wow this guy is a damn Dr. !

Fantastic video
Thanks for the nice words mate
Amazing
Thanks for the nice words mate
Very cool! Is it possible to make a video showing the whole process from creating the synseeds to planting and germinating them?

How to initiate the Somatic embryogenesis? What steps and regulations should you follow?

How to insert the matter?
It goes in the sodium alginate mix my friend
@@AussyCC ah.. got ya. Cheers
You have to do this in a sterile environment, not at your sink.
Well said mate, its a must for success. Microbes can reproduce in minutes, where plant cells is about 15hrs.
I live in Africa and seeds are very expensive Can you guide me to make the seeds please
Yes mate of course. Can you get online onto eBay or Amazon and by the two ingredients that are needed question mark
