I used to have a 2000 ZR2 blazer.. it was badass.. the ZR2 blazers came with a stock 3 inch lift and 31 inch tires and the whole undercarriage was protected against offroad hazards... it had a 4.3 vortec V6 that made 192hp and it would go damn near anywhere in the hills

I've replaced a Fuel Injection system on my 99 Chevy Blazer to a Second Generation Fuel Injection system last year and it runs better than the First Generation Fuel Injection system which was injection poppet type, the poppet type was like a mechanical type , the new version have individual injectors Direct into the ports where the poppets used to sit on , runs great and consumes a little less fuel , yet it responds quicker, just thought I put this out there ☺😀

@@stunt- Hi, I'm happy for you, I also past state inspection two weeks ago, the injectors I have are exactly like the one's you'd see on many cars today, electronics not cheap plastic mechanical, my Injectors still working perfectly well.

I don't know if it's just me but, I just don't like most of the SUVs and even some cars today. I always look at the older ones. I liked when the SUVs had the transmission on the steering wheel. I don't like push start and not having a CD player on the dash (at least where it would be optional instead of hooking up to play).

I have a 1999, fully loaded. It gets 14 mpg city driving and 18 highway. it's a gas guzzler. i bought it 3 years ago w/ 54k miles on it. it's very sluggish on acceleration. but if you do find one in excellent to very good condition like mine and take care of it...then the car should last long. It's excellent in snow when you engage the 4x4.

I maintain the car meticulously which should last me another good 10 years. However, it sucks when a base Rav-4 w/ 179HP can kick my blazer's a@$.
