Hello there I was watching your video and I was surprised that the engine oil and transmission oil is all the same oil I was thinking it was engine oil and then automatic transmission oil
So is that cover just plastic then? I had vague notions of getting a few bits and pieces powder coated at some point down the line but that's not gonna work if it's something that'll melt in the oven.
When replacing the filter is there any fluid to replace or is it filter/seal and done? Going to hit 600 miles soon and trying to get prepared. Going to order all the parts I need from the site you linked in the other video, free shipping lol...Mercedes tech for 10 years but bikes are new to me 😁

You have the two drain plugs and the two filters and oring. And it takes just over 4 qts of oil I did another video on the process.
