Alchemy Stone is certainly a good choice. As long as you can deal damage to enemies, you will continue to heal yourself, therefore leading to increased survivability. But I want to present another perspective: sometimes you don't even need to attack enemies. You can still benefit from healing thanks to the lifesteal from your minions. For example, when I fight the Corruptor with my turret placed on the ground, I can even survive its brutal red beam attack. I didn't post that video because it took quite a long time to defeat the Corruptor (about 2 minutes). But you can always adjust this build to fit your playstyle
