$300 sounds expensive if you’re buying them just for the smart features. But if you’re in the market for sunglasses, Ray-Ban original wayfarers start at $180 anyways. So an extra $100 for the smart features make it worth it.
I got these around 3 months ago. I had version 1 but they’re sunglasses, I got clear lenses this time. I wear them all the time. Whenever I get a compliment I show them the camera & their mouth always drop. They look like normal Ray-bans. Heavier 😅 i play basketball in them. POV videos are great w/ these
I have owned a pair of prescription Ray Ban Meta smart glasses for 6 months . I do not wear them all of the time as they can get a bit heavy after all day wearing. However, when I want to listen to music or have a need to capture video/photos, they can't be beat. I would buy them again when the new version comes out.
Been eyeing these and so far you're reviews are the best ones I've seen. For what I want I think these would work perfectly. I'll most likely get prescription transitions in them. Cause of your reviews I'm gonna pull the trigger on them.
My problem is battery life. I used my insurance and bought these as replacement for my existing glasses. The cost was equal to my original glasses purchased 2 years ago.
or if you buy them in a few months and then they put out another one lol....... maybe they will maybe they wont but fo rnow they'll just keep adding updates to make the features and ai better..
Great review. I've had mine since December and I wear them all day long too since I have prescription lenses on them. Swapped the lens myself. 🤓☯️😎 Only hack I did is to get a clip-on charger so I can wear them all day long without having to take them off to charge them.
How's the glare on yours? I have the transition pair, and the glare and streaking get pretty bad whenever I have overhead lighting or even light from a screen.
I was on fence on purchasing these. I love them but my videos come out in different aspect ratios sometimes they are 3:4 and some times they are 9:16? I’ve looked through the settings and there’s no where to change it. So I don’t understand what’s going on???? Do yours always come out in 9:16??
@@TerryWarfieldthanks for replying but I understand there’s no horizontal but sometimes my video is full vertical and sometimes it’s square vertical. I hope that makes sense.
I wish they would make a larger frame like XL or XXL. Definitely if your a bigger being these things look silly and skimpy on your face. we'll at least in my case.

Just the camera/ability to record make the extra $100 worth it. Smart features are just the cherry on top. I just ordered a pair yesterday

Great review.. good energy!! I've had 2 styles, and for what they are, they're pretty cool and feel premium.

Great info thank you! I'm so tempted to get some, I'm just going to be mad if I do and then they bring a new one out in the next few months

“You want ‘em?”
“Yeah!”
“YOU CAN’T HAVE ‘EM!”
😂😂😂
I am looking to pick one up for £150 used. Haven't gone to view it yet. So if it's clean and no scratches I might buy them
Bro, I can’t watch your videos no more, I messed around and went to the Rayban store and purchased a pair today

You can say knife and gun all day on RUclips. I have a ton of videos showing both. Great review
My AR glasses cost twice as much as these and do more 😝 but these are good I guess for the price 🤷🏾 😊

No landscape. I said this in the video but you probably missed it

How is the Avata 2 journey?
Yeah, I love my Rayban Metas

I like them …. More than I thought 💭
22 minutes, ok I’m in…
