Hi there! Thank you for sharing this information. I am currently a certified teacher in NYC and mother of two elementary school kids and my hubby and I are interested in moving to Katy to live. Can you tell me more about the schools ?

Hello thanks for watching ! So the school system here in Katy is one of the top rated school districts in all of Texas. They are top tier and that’s one of the reasons most of my buyers come to Katy. Let me know what specific questions you have and I will be happy to answer them! alexanderwatkins7121@gmail.com 281-781-9537

@@livinginhoustontexas18hi! Planning to move to Katy soon. Would appreciate your feedback to the following: a) safety first. Which is safer: Katy or Woodlands and what is the extent of such safety? b) which is actually better in terms of safety, people and job opportunities: Woodlands or Katy? c) what is an average monthly price for renting an apartment in a good community?

10:32 Totally Insane they plant those trees on the curb strips. First thing I would do it tear it out. Those tree are going to be buckling your sidewalk and driveway in 5 years.

@@livinginhoustontexas18 I have a house in Cinco Ranch. Bylaws require you have two trees in the front. I get that they make the hood look nicer but they cause issues. When I bought the house I saw they were going to be an issue and took one out anyways. The one I left is causing issues. The tree is huge now. The roots suck all the moisture out of he soil, causes compaction issues and shade, which makes it hard for the grass to grow. I notice everyone in the area having the same issues now with their lawns. Everyone with thin dying lawns. Oak tree just not meant to grow in 10x10 areas.

@@SOLDOZER I agree 100%. I sold a house for one of my clients in cinco ranch with the same issue.

The questions people ask about racism in the Greater Houston area are just hilarious 😂. Such ridiculous questions for a city like Houston and its suburbs.
"Houston, Texas. The fourth largest city in the country, Houston, comes out on top as the most diverse city in the U.S. With a 100 score being the most diverse across all five metrics, Houston scored a 71.87. Feb 24, 2023" - Rocketmortgage
