Anyone ever think these kind of things are what makes games now a days lame as hell? Supposed to be a game about exploring, finding new thing and figuring things out for yourself. Now we have people releasing interactive maps where you can find anything and content creators telling you how to do everything (for the most part) on day 1. It is what it is I guess.
nah; its nice not wandering around aimlessly when i need something specific and have looked already for awhile. if you don't like it, don't use it if it doesnt apply to you
What’s the obsession with min maxing the fun out of every new release, cmon guys have we not realized it’s just a means to an end. It’s one thing to min max when you’re at end game and have played a few 100 hours but why the fuck are you min maxing the experience/journey.
It's more or less aimed at those who might not have hours to play but still want to make progress. Some folks like these type of things, just like the Prima guides for games in the age before high speed internet.
Its simple really. Dont use it if it bothers you for any reason. Sometimes people get stumped on where to find something. This map program fills that need basically. Its a tool. Use it or dont.
i don't know, i once tried to mine a copper vein once and would try to mine back at it once its up again, but no, it was replaced by a rock, so i think its maybe worthless for minerals but for the other stuff will be great, but i choose to not use this because i don't want to progress so fast that i would be at the end game in a week.
I know its optional, but for V rising the interactive map makes gameplay worse. Its not that the Game hasn't those infos Ingame already in its own map and tools made for you you just need to work/explore for it. I think its worse for the game bc it uses a "Terraria" stile of progression. Aka getting the items/skills is ALL the progression. You just skip all of the game.
@@dumaskhan i am not saying noone wants them. I am saying it makes the game worse by using them. A person unfamiliar with the game probably is gonna look up things on the internet quickly and without thinking. Before he knows what he is doing. This game is not a wikipedia on second monitor game.
If its optional it shouldn't matter to you, me personally, I'm a new player I won't be using this tool cuz I'm enjoying looking for items and bosses myself.
The map in-game actually tells you what drops in certain areas. The only thing that would be useful here would be the locations of bosses. If you find the blood scent annoying to deal with while navigating a broken up map
Cool map but it only shows 16 resources? I need scourgestones and I know where to get them but this map doesn't even have those listed. And you need A LOT of them.
honestly not sure how beneficial this map is... for one, they dont track the actual locations of mini bosses, as soon as i heard that i knew the map would also not track the random locations of resource nodes... because as ive noticed while hunting for copper, each node will respawn, but it can and will respawn as a different material... so im just really not seeing how this map is helpful in finding things, when the game creators put some much effort into the emmersive gameplay and randomizing things.. at this point, people will still have to actively search for things, like they do without a map like this to aid them. I can see this being beneficial for completely new players, but once youve traveled the map enough, you dont need a reference guide to tell you "this is the general area" for what youre looking for... and some of the other features included are already part of the actual in game map lol +1 for giving detailed info on the mini bosses, i guess thats 1 thing they got right lol
the nodes on the map are useless, the system is randome. many places spawn one of x nodes like: Copper, Iron or Stone and a nother place spawns Quarz or Stone

Then don't look dude lol. You're like the kid suing McDonalds for making you fat because you can't stop eating their food. Come on bruh.
100% agree. Why play the game if you get spoon fed?
@@xblackdemonx3183 why watch the video if you dont want to use the information? just dont watch it and play V blindly, bitching does nothing

Eh. Doesn't really bother me honestly. I use this kind of stuff only if I'm in dire need of something I just can't find.

Fr and people wonder why games are getting boring
And they’re the main ones saying how the game got boring fast and want the developers to add more content

I have used the genie maps in the past, thanks for the reminder will need it shortly
This map's site is the same I used for completing my Elden Ring completionist tasks~
Great stuff
Thank you for this map didn't know but I had another kind from Gennie.
I like the randomness of finding items...plus like someone else said below, the map tells you what areas drop what.
Thank you for the information. So helpful
Thanks a bunch man.
Bookmarked so fast.

Would these tools still exist if no one wanted them?

Thank you for infos Vulkan. I still waiting more about the game before buy it.
For 20$ it's worth your time!! Won't be disappointed

This ruins the game in so many aspects lol not gonna use it but it’s great to know.

Doesn't seem all that useful. Everything here already exists in the game.
this is a great tool, but haters are gonna hate...
man they a lot of crybabies in comments. probably still in copper stage quitting after getting pvpd.
thank got i not yet bought the game, this kind of "tools" make exploration game booooriiing
nice that this popped into my recommendeds, need some damn whetstones and the drops seem really rare, hopefully this helps
