    Thank you for this video. Will you be adjusting the dose of your treatment or use a different injection technique if the patient is elderly with really thinned out subcutaneous fat on the forehead (focal hyperhidrosis)?

    • @samlammd
      @samlammd  7 месяцев назад

      Not at all. There’s no risk with thin skin. If anything it can help thicken skin and improve it no matter the age even though the goal is for sweating.

    Hi doctor
    I called many clinics to get Botox for hiperhidrosis sweating on the face some of them they don’t do face bucause they said there is a risk the muscle won’t move again permanently we can’t inject the face but only can do forehead and they said Botox for hiperhidrosis is different with Botox for wrinkles, and most of them only do foreheads but I have the sweat all over my face is it okey to find someone do the full face,can you give me a solution please I’m waiting for your reply thank you so much

      Yes, it took me a lot of work over a few years to be able to get the exact dose so there’s no paralysis risk whatsoever. I’m able to do the whole face. What I am doing is quite unique.

      @@samlammdHi, I'm a doctor from Ireland. I've been doing aesthetics for a while now but this is the first I've heard of CFH treatment with Botox. I've done a quite a bit of research and can't find anyone else doing it this, at least not in Ireland or the UK. It would be great to be trained in this procedure as I've had a quite a few come into my clinic complaining specifically of middle and lower face Hyperhidrosis affecting QoL.

    I have such debilitating facial hyperhidrosis but I’m struggling to find someone to do it in London who I can trust. I’m worried about changes in appearance and now it’s coming to winter I’m wondering if I can postpone getting this treatment. But at my worst I’m dripping and pouring with sweat.

      @@appleget Hey! You messaged one week after I had it. Unfortunately the doctor froze the upper third of my forehead after assuring me movement and appearance would be unaffected. The bottom two thirds of my forehead started compensating and became extremely wrinkled! I am really hoping it wears off soon. The sweating reduced about 50% but the side effects are way worse. Perhaps a doctor with a better technique would not have given me this side effect but I went to a reputable clinic and other people had positive experiences. I don’t think I’d get Botox again for this issue as my eyebrows are now drooping too. Big regret and financial cost. I asked all the right questions beforehand so can’t blame myself.

    Is there a “kill 2 birds w 1 stone “ treatment? I suffer from excessive sweating in my face and it definitely negatively affects me. I also wouldn’t mind some wrinkle reduction (I just turned 43). My primary concern is the sweating, but if I had less wrinkles I wouldn’t mind. Haha

    • @FUE360
      @FUE360 11 месяцев назад

      actually yes. the treatment with MesoBotox should help quality of skin, wrinkles, and sweating. for the upper face it is not as powerful as traditional concentrated botox but it is better for sweating and can definitely help with wrinkles.

    Wow, making the excess sweating stop within 2 days was so much more than I expected, I went with what I talked about last week and after the first day or so I was very surprised to start feeling much more comfortable and dry! I went ahead and go'ogled the latest by Cynthia Yulesin and after 72 hours I now sweat like a “normal” person lol
