I've done everything and I mean everything the same as you, once I get to the screen that says "this can't be undone I click reset, then it show the dell screen but the percentage just seems to be stuck and in the circle spins, it eventually says "undoing changes" and then I get a blue screen that says "There was a problem resetting your PC, no changes were made".
Can you think of any reason whatsoever as to why this would be happening to me?

If you can get to the blue screen you can reset the whole computers but it will erase all the info if you choose.
Could look up a video on my to reset your password as well.

Is this method will work on my microsoft account which is a default as admin account and having a microsoft password? Co'z everytime i want to install or uninstall an application it keeps asking me the password of my microsoft account that i don't know anymore the password, do you think this will work to my laptap to remove the microsoft account with password which is an administrator?
It might. Usually when you reset a pc completely it forgets logins and all depending on which way you want it reset and also user files.
@@AdamUPN0w i go for google search and they said that when you reset your Laptap it will just reset the os to improve the performance and it doesn't remove the administrator account, is this true what do you think?
Did you setup the administrator account? Well you could try it out if you want and find out.

There is ways to reset an administrator password. I don't have a video yet but look up "how to reset administrator password in windows 10".
