Thanks for the video tutorial. Have one question about the master format. In the master format each section have a reference code section. In US ther reference code typically NFPA, ANSI, ASTM, etc. How the reference code part work when we use this master spec in other countries in Middle East, Appreciate for your reply.

it is up to the engineer who prepares the spec, he can use either US standards in the spec or part of them suitable to the middle east or use European standards instead

It's not construction documents, Contract Documents. Arabs especially don't have the knowledge of contracts administrator and quantity surveyors'roles.
