I like the way you told about the PM challenges in the construction PM. I am trying to break into the market of PM constructions companies on undeveloped market, like Balkan region. It would help me if you could share at least briefly your experience in using software solutions and the construction industry - do you use any PM tools?

12:12 “what do you need?” Getting them something they need to do something specific, is that the rallying cry of a PM?

I would intern as a field engineer as much as possible and as soon as you can with a company that knows how to do it!

@@jasonwilliamschroeder thank you for the reply sir! Would a community college program degree be enough for a field engineer? Or would you recommend trying to find a job straight after school and then after i gain experience implement that towards becoming a field engineer? Im sure i got some terminology wrong but im happy to learn

@@miguelrodriguez-pe1ss yes. A community program will be great with an internship.

Hey Jason, first video of yours I’ve seen. Just subscribed btw.
I have a bachelors in mechanical engineering and a masters in civil engineering. I have experience in engineering design, water/sewer, land development, transportation, architecture PM, logistics and procurement (supply chain management), infrastructure planning and execution, permitting. Live in Miami, FL.
I left my corporate design job to get back into construction with the goal of being a PM or superintendent and climbing the ladder in the company. I have an interview next week btw and I’m very optimistic about it. I believe I would be a valuable asset to any company.
With that said… what, if any, advice or guidance do you have for me???
    THANKS!
