this stuff is so much harder than I ever thought it would be when I tried it out, now I have a great deal of respect for animators
hahaaa!! have you ever seen stop motion with humans? we're a group of stunt people and do stuff like that on my channel
Advent Seph it's actually not you know I used to thought stop motion animators take months to make a 6:00 minute stop motion video like fancy pants but when I tried it out my self it literally took me under a week if you really are into animating.

FAB ADVERT!!! Did mine in 1 day. 5 Mins duration. No budget. Full multi-figure animation. 3 secs per frame. You hired a lot of people (I do storyboards) and I can see where your budget went though.

32lilbruce I dont know somewhere around 500-1000 and it has been shot manually(no interval)

When I stop motion animate, I just kinda.......wing it. I just pick up my camera and start workin. I dunno, but I think putting too much thought and stress into this stuff will result in one overthinking everything. I believe in self teaching skills like these, therefore creating your own unique style in the process

Very nice video and very very helpful tips. Planning is really one of the most important parts of doing stop motion videos and it can save you a ton of time. I'm also doing stop motion cooking videos, but only for myself and for RUclips of course :D

I did an 8 minute stop motion for school very stressful because it was obviously due a certain day but it was still quite fun my biggest tip is: take your time and it will all be worth it in the end

i tried to make a stop motion in hitfilm 4 express , but the software requires me to edit the duration of each frames manually ! besides that takes a long time to do so , i was wondering , how long should the duration of each frame be for a 24 fps !?
