Ngl this video gained my interest on doing stop motion again. And this video helps a ton. Am honestly surprised I’ve never heard of sticky tack.
I’ve always used clay but it could be a pain to use. Especially when it’s dried out. But sticky tack l seems way more easier to use.

Yeah I really could use a tripod honestly like I am trying to make an animation like what lozaus1 does. Similar type concept, I just can’t seem to do it how I want to. Thank you for this video! How do you cut out something (stand/Hand) when you do a tracking shot? You probably don’t put the figures out of the frame to take a picture from the background, just to put the figures back in place right?

you would need an editing software. Adobe after effects has an effect called rotobezier that can make a mask around an object and do a pretty good job of tracking it but some minor adjustments are usually needed. You can also mask em out yourself manually but usually takes a little longer.

To make the animation smooth do you need to make every movement very small and little also how many photos do you need to take of every slight movement when using 24fps
