    These workouts are awesome to do! I don't need to get up early in the morning to go to the gym, when I'm comfortable to do this workout from home. My favourite is the arms and abs workout clip that you did. Really saw the difference in my biceps! 😊

    Great video! The transition from floor work to standing was a bit fast but other than that, really enjoyed the moves.
