I find it interesting that you tossed Avengers Mansion round one because it was too expensive at that stage. I usually can't think of a better time to play Avengers Mansion then turn one because it will pay for itself the sooner you get it out on the board.... especially in a long game like this one. Plus you draw a 3 resource card on your mulligan on the first go :) Card draw is so potent in this game.

I tend to treat Avenger's Mansion as a "nice to have", only playing it when it feels safe to do so without disrupting my tempo. Had I drawn AM and Jackpot! in my opening hand I for sure would have played it.

@@longshipgaming7384 Understood. I still think I would have played it. If I'm playing SCL, I never include Avengers Mansion though for those reasons about tempo.

I don't know what was all in your discard but do note Tag Team says topmost in your entire discard. Not just those 7 cards.
