Hate to say it, but first of all, extremely irresponsible shot taken, second, you didn't have your scope setup properly? with the ram bedded you had time to double check everything, and wait for the ram to get up. The shot you took could have resulted in hitting the ram in the horns, or worse, in the nose. Sorry, just have to call it like I see it.
I agree that I should have double checked my turret and believe me I kicked myself for that many times. A 200 yard downhill shot at a bedded ram is far from irresponsible but thanks for taking the time to watch and leave a comment.
@@highbchunting a 200 yard broadside shot at a bedded ram isn't too irresponsible, but an on facing bedded shot is totally irresponsible, sorry I have to disagree, besides, you had plenty of time to wait for a standing shot, opening the vitals even more so than a bedded shot. You simply got impatient. Great job of production and content.
Nice work 👊 looking forward to part 2! Awesome country in there
I will release it when I get back from my elk hunt around mid month

If every hunt was easy or successful it would not be hunting. Nor would you gain valuable experiences and comrade. Great video!

Awesome footage boys 🤘

This channel will see some growth. Great job capturing this. QUESTION - what mm telephoto is that?
Thanks for that man!!! It is a Sony 200-600mm with a 1.4x teleconverter.
@@highbchunting nice. What’s the aperture? 2.8?
Nice
Thanks!
Yes!
Cheers!
Great video quality… seems like a lot of work carrying a large pack like that on your back all day long in that kind of country. Tough hunting.
Thanks! It’s tough but the benefits outweigh the pain :)
