    I work legs one day per week, arms one day per week, abs and back one day per week I"m 72 and still drive 700 lbs on the 45 degree leg-press. Before I got the virus, it was 1000 lbs, It went down to 700, I got it back up to 850 but I hurt my piriformis muscle with a long car trip in too small of a car and I still have not fully reccovered

    How many steps should we walk a day! I have Lupus, Fibromyalgia, Hypothyroidism, Hyper Mobility and can walk, but can’t do what you are talking about!
