I fixed a wr 250 for a good friend of mine. He couldn’t get it running, local shop couldn’t get it running. I opened the carb. Needle was at the highest setting, then at the bottom….. it had no main jet and the pilot jet was WAY lean. I reset the whole carb to oem specs and it fired up and ran absolutely perfect after that.

He had sitting in his garage for years after crashing it, and I guess he just got tired of seeing it there haha
