Hey thanks for posting this the shock came out easily after replacing the spring putting it back in I had to make sure that it was twisted correctly to line up with the holes and putting the upper mount in first work great after I spent 10 times trying to put it by sliding it from the side you have to go up under for it not to bind and then use the jack for the bottom. Just an FYI for whoever get stuck in these areas. thanks again!

Dose it matter how the clutch plates go back on

We used to ride over there a few times a year and go in the river and call that area the moon lol pretty cool and Sandy down by the river

Put your feet between the peg and the shifter and the peg and the rear break push back, get further up on the back get your head over the bars don't slip the clutch as much don't be hitting rev limiter on a start that doesn't do anything just keep your rims at a steady mid range and try and pre load with the front brake then when you go to start dump the clutch and give it about 3 quarter throttle. Also give the motor time to accelerate rather then shifting every 2 seconds.

Last one it wouldn't hurt to check that paper fuel filter in your tank at the end of season if I did I wouldn't have had the problems I did and wasted money. They break down over the yrs and can cause performance issues down the line

Ok I had to search for this video for humble thanks. Have the same bike with the bogging issue replaced fuel pump thinking it would solve issue but one bike got to temp it bogg again. Till a part n your video, about cleaning top housing of fuel pump assembly there was rest of filter n there now old pump works still ,so now I got 2 would have paid hundreds just to blow air thanks man they didn't even catch it and it was there once b4 4 that issue thanks again❤

Dude thank you I got a 09 250f on a trade and runs like crap and I popped the carb open and looked yucky! But my dumb ass disassembled the rear end but kept the shock on the bike. Again thank you!

That is BS that they designed this bike so you have to take the whole freaking thing apart to get the carb out.

Man the fuel over in the states must be junk. Do they sell 98octane there? Here in OZ we have 91 95 & 98 octane at the pump or we go to the airport here in town and purchase a gas. 91oct is used mostly for cleaning parts it’s not good for anything else it’s rubbish and laminates your carb

hey Frank, I have removed and cleaned the reg 4 or 5 times. Each time it will run fine for 30-60 mins then the issue returns either 3000rpm-6000rpm or above 6000rpm. You think maybe replacing the reg ? Any help appreciated

Hey Frank. at 7:08 did you have trouble having those 4 screws catching threads? All the screws are the same length but 2 of them have longer distances to go to reach threading. I may have stripped the screw hole in one of mine. I even bought 2 new oem screws to and they do the same thing. Ideas?
