      Try placing your legs against a wall

      @@cache780 Not necessarily, My guess is all about practice, When you get the hang of it, try without the wall, or atleast to hold ur legs in a "Reverse crunch" position, keep practicing till you can do it with ur leg raised. I'm not an expert or something but thats my guess..
