According to Sammy the Bull, he met with Todaro in Florida and they walked out into the ocean to talk at Todaro's suggestion to make sure they could neither be heard or wires weren't being worn.

Why would a guy admit giving a xan laced with fent to a federal witness if he intended for her not to make it? She could have gotten that pill anywhere, but now the guy is possibly in big trouble just for that. Here in VA if you give someone an opiate and they don't make it, it's mandatory minimum 20 years(ridiculous sentence if you dont lie about what youre selling) and they want to raise it to 30 years.

Buffalo is it's own city 6 hours away from NYC and while the mob is still KIND OF around (Todaros, Geraces, Magadinos, Pieris) They're not some major operation running the city that has everyone shook.
Sounds like a weak case to me. A fishing expedition. The chair in the basement surrounded by floors and walls covered in plastic paints a nice picture for would be informants though 😂
