Thank you for verbally adding “policies” at the top of this hierarchy. Policies ARE changeable and yet those are sometimes the biggest stumbling blocks to members (and non-members) in a variety of ways. Some are offended for a policy that will later be changed, others wait for a policy to change that will not. Some policies are solid extensions of principles and doctrines (eternal marriage in temples), others are adaptations of principles and doctrines applied to a specific situation or time period (polygamy, baptizing children of SS couples, etc) that are often modified to fit changing circumstances. I know a person who said ours can’t be the true church because God is unchangeable and as such he never would have revoked polygamy. (Which is odd since he apparently had no problem with the change where polygamy was instituted in the first place.) We shouldn’t get hung up on policies, and focus more on eternal laws, eternal truths, and true doctrines, which lead us to know that we are led by living prophets who will at times implement policies that may be changeable.
Thank you for boldly proclaiming truth even as members are turning to worship of idols such as popular culture, political correctness, woke ideology. It was prophesied by Isaiah that the gentiles will reject the true gospel - and we are seeing that come to pass in our own ranks. So sad.

Will say though that no prophet while they were the president of the Church said to stick to the scriptures, the prophet Joseph Smith or words of presidents of the Church while they were the president of the Church. If that standard was the case then when we had General Conference only the President of the Church would speak. What often happens instead is that the President of the Church recommends paying attention to all of the talks. And recently President Nelson said to learn by paying attention to the Spirit and the words of the prophets, seers and revelators.
When you seek answers from the Book of Mormon instead of the Bible, God can't help you because you have turned your back on Him. Therefore this leaves the door open for Satan (II Corinthians 11:14-15) to step into your life with a false christ or prophet showing you signs and wonders to lead you away from the real Jesus of the Bible who is God the Son 2nd person of the Trinity. God Himself warns us about this in: MATTHEW 24:23-24 "Then if anyone says to you, Look, here is the Christ! or There! do not believe it. For false christs and false prophets will rise and show great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect..." Mormons teach and believe that their jesus is the brother of Satan, which contradicts what God says in His Bible that Jesus is God the Son 2nd person of the Trinity. So Mormons, which Jesus do you believe in? A. Your jesus of the Book of Mormon, who is the brother of Satan. OR B. The Jesus of the Bible, who is God the Son 2nd person of the Trinity.

To this day, the Mormon church hasn't provided any kind of archeological evidence to support anything in the Book of Mormon.

It is not the job of the church to convince people with archeological evidences it is the job of the church to gather Israel. Basically help the Lord spread the doctrine of Christ and His gospel to the world. We, as you know, are to be a light to the world- to hold up Christ's light for all to see
