This is probably my favorite podcast of all time
I’m not even halfway I’m taking notes and omg this is a great episode. Thank you guys as always
thirty minutes into this and I knew I would have to listen again.
Probably one of the most impactful podcasts I have ever listened to. 4 days ago I listened to it and I needed to come back and say I remember the brain foods on my body and the tour of Jim’s office. Love it
This a golden podcast... especially this episode
How does this only have 52k views? One of the most underrated podcast all time
This is quite possibly the best episode you guys have released. So much incredible and useful information.
Long time listener.. somehow I missed this one and it autoplayed after a current pod and maaaaaaan... no exaggeration this changed my life .. thank you 🙏🏾
I am so relieved to find that digital overload and distraction can name and explain what I experience when I spend too much time on my phone/computer. I constantly feel like I can not learn, practice, remember or get it all together fast enough. I feel overwhelmed with this urgency and I have come to hate my phone. It's exhausting and I begin to feel rotational neglect. Thank you so much for your help and education. You're a God send. 😊
The video of him talking about digital dementia started my self help journey in 2018. So far I can say its going pretty well.
Such an intelligent person, very smart and intuitive. How can people not see a creator? Rather folks give credit to an unproven, conspiracy theory such as evolution or “the universe”. The brain / mind was in fact created to grow!. Anyway, This guy is terrific! Very thoughtful
The most underrated podcast of all time
Bring this guy back on again purely amazing
When your body moves, you're brain grooves!!! Awesome 👍😁😊🤸🏃🤾🏌️
I've been hearing about kwik for a while. glad to see him on here. 💯💯
A NOT TO DO LIST!!! YES! Came across this myself and its improved my life massively. I remember writing about it in my journal thinking this is going to be something I share with all my clients (PT) as part of their self improvement that will compliment their training and results with me
Holy shit so true about speed, I was getting distracted while listening to this then I increased audio speed and it almost doubled the focus 😮
Just going to 1.25 instantly increased my concentration.
I speed read your comment. 👍🏻
I absolutely LOVED this episode!
Major respect to this man for fighting through adversity 🙏🏻✊🏻 overcoming his learning disabilities. His story really touched deeply.
This is what everyone today needs to hear.
Amazing. Took so many notes.
Wow. This was incredible. Thank you!
Thanks for this, guys! Another excellent episode full of practical wisdom. Much, much appreciated!
Really reminds me a lot of the more simplistic ideas espoused in John Dewey's Democracy and Education. A book that was banned for teaching "how to think". Also the source of one of my favourite quotes, " we must count individual variations as precious as it is within them we find the means of our own growth".
A bit late but thank you for sharing that quote. Its quite profound.
@@albireoadam3966 I find it so as well. Glad you stumbled across it.
I have to take notes like I did years ago. I have got away from pen and paper. Thank you for reminding me
Kim is the gentleman, that teaches, and exempliies. All he says.
COME ON JIM!!! You're talking to me now!!! 1:25_1:30
this guy is a legend. Mind blowing quotes. "Our smart phones are making us dumber" "Learn how to learn" "Questions are the answers" "The most important thing is keeping the most important thing the most important thing"!!!
Thank you mind pump for bringing him on, wow
this is fucking awesome. EXACTLY what I needed.
I watch this podcast everyday 🧘🏽♂️
"Blueberries, I call them brainberries" - I can't get this out of my head. Seems like his memorization techniques work....
Watching this on 1.5x playback speed 🙌
Luv this
I like Jim. A LOT.
Great podcast! The reason why you forgot what you just read at the end of a page it's because of a misunderstood word(s).
My favorite episode
So underrated.
I love everything about this episode, and have been a fan of Jim for quite a while. I can't help but wonder if his story about his friends dad isn't either made up or extremely exaggerated. If someone changed your life, wouldn't you at least use their first name when telling your story? He had no problem using famous people's names nonstop.
I don't want another world that if I freak out I can't stop freaking out. I do that enough awake. Ideally I could think it away in the dream, but can I?
Half an hour in, I've switched to 2x speed and affirming they're point of still being able to comprehend it lol. Gonna reduce to 1.5 though because its so weird 🤣
Jim i am a super big fan of yours i so want to have a fraction of your ability
45mins later ..comes back to his original point. damn son
That's pump my small brain 🕸️🕸️
I am dyslexic and I want to start reading what books should I read?
What are you interested in?
Thos is soo good
What is my dominant question? Hmmm
What should I do today? What do I need to do? What did I do wrong? Idk one of those is.
Older folks appear to have more experience while younger have Wikipedia.
You should get leo rex on. He has a interesting channel called leo and longevity.
@#35
He swirx

This guys a walking TED talk lol
he should analyze himself on the psychological reasons he says "right" all the time.
Shifu with the quotes
"Why must I remember this person's name?"....90% of the time, I can't find a reason to remember them. Sad, isn't it?
Did this man really credit john of god as being one of his teachers...you guys know he was a terrible person who did horrible things I don't even want to type out.
Hadn’t of heard of him before today..had to check him out. //ruclips.net/video/NtsNfy1eVMA/видео.html
I think Jim was conned going to him to try and heal his sleep apnea.
@@vcanadian1971 yea they need to get this goof ball off the channel screw this guy
Poor guy, everyone who ever talks to him starts all their sentences with “Jim.” That’s gotta get annoying. Still great though, 9.5/10
Por que no has aprendido el español
que guey?
A calculator to divide by ten...
The audio is not good. Too much gain or something, it's too annoying to listen to.
you say that you are great learner of all time why not you become the next Einstein..??
