Mr Wildman, I tell you this exercise and the like really saved me today. I was working with my dad on insulating this weirdly angled crawlspace, crouch-straddling a big pipe and trying to reach into the corners to use a drill or tape. Pretty much same position. Love your channel, big thanks, let me know if you're up in Manitoba anytime, I owe you a drink at least!

Guys who work always appreciate these. I’ve been in many a crawl space. They are ..... challenging environments. Good to hear it helped you out

I finally had a chance to try this today. I have been told by the Hospital for Special Surgery in NYC I need total shoulder replacements - I have chosen to keep the area strong instead. This movement almost tore me apart when i tried it with a 6kg kettlebell; it sounded like there was percussion going on inside. But my shoulders now feel AMAZING. The fascia and first rib restrictions are addressed and release, and I feel young again!!! Thank you Mark - I will work these religiously

Im liking the TGU series vids, super helpful! Breaking it down the way you do is genius, I can feel myself getting stronger in all aspects of kettlebelling. Learning a skill!

I need to try this. I love pressing from a kettlebell arm bar position and I suspect this will be super fun too LOL

I like to do TGU 3 Press. I start standing, clean and press (1), at the middle position do this side press (2), and on your back do a standard press (3). Reverse back to standing, swing switch to the other side. 10 mins of that without putting the kb down is a pretty good workout! 💪🏽

My wife is listening to Wildman say, "because this might snap your arm in half" when she gives me The Look.

By far the hardest part of the Turkish Get Up for me (maybe it's that for everyone, I don't know) is to get up from lying on the floor to resting on your forearm. Any tips on how to get stronger in this partial movement (apart from practicing it more)? Thank you and keep up the great content!

thanks again! just ordered my first club. looking forward to add that to everything else you've showed, and the turkish get-up series is just spot-on.
i tend not to control correctly the part where i've posed my elbow on the ground and transition back to the lying down position. any advice on that?
i'd asked you in a live Q&A for kettlebell exercises for kung-fu punches & blocks, and you gave me halos and circles, and i can already see the results. thanks!
a question on breathing. since you're supposed to be able to punch strong even while inhaling (you don't have control over when you get to punch), would you recommend practicing kettlebells also with inverted breathing? for example, while swinging, breathing in when the kettlebell is between your legs.
    many many thanks.

Are kettlebells good for correcting upper cross syndrome? If so, would you do a video about it?

    Hey Mark,
what is the correct angle of the floor leg with regards to the upper body in this position? In this video it looks as if it's not in line with the upper body, except in the last demonstration where it kinda is. Is it simply not that important?
