Thanks man! No shortage of covers to choose from in the Energon Universe, they certainly aren’t shy about cranking out variants! This one though really struck me!

Beautiful piece! This series will be remembered for being one of the building blocks of the energon universe and Rossmo's cover is one of the best designed of the covers.

Thanks Marcus, this is a stunner in person. They changed the eyes for publication but man do I prefer their more revealing and piercing nature of the original. I thought they pulled off each of these series nicely, achieved the goal of proper world building & Destro especially explored the dysfunctional dynamics within the eventual Cobra organization.

Thanks Kavi, really felt like this was a striking example. I definitely tempered my expectations going into that drop, of course only pleased with the outcome!

That's so amazing Carl -- easily the best Destro drawing I've ever seen! Huge congrats! You need to go after Cover A now!

For the cover A, check out Original Comic Art Unboxing #27! ;-) Both A & B secured. I don’t think I need C and beyond!

He certainly gets heat directed his way, but he also sees dollars flow to his artists. That’s a win!

Been on the EU kick myself. Really wish Void Rivals was being done traditionally. You have a great EU collection so far, congrats.

Thanks so much for the kind words! Sorry for the delayed response! Somehow missed these most recent comments! I both wish and am also somewhat relieved (my wallet is anyway) that VR is drawn digitally!

So....Tomax and Xamot are inside Destro's mind? They used Ant Man's powers and are going to use their machine guns to blast their way out of Destro's skull? If that's what's happening here, I solemnly swear to start buying monthly comics again! Nice piece to compliment the other two pieces you already have from the issue, Carl!

Thanks! Yeah, I dropped the ball on replying to these comments! Uhhh yes…tiny Pym particle twins inside the skull of Destro. That is EXACTLY what is happening here. It most certainly has nothing to do with the reflective nature of a metal mask. I like your interpretation better! I’d read that too!!
