I have 2022 highlander . I want to mod it basically have the chrome part of the grille all black . Is it possible to remove the grille portion only without removing the whole bumper ?
@@j-flow617 I just did it without removing the bumper on my 2021. Remove the splash guard underneath, then it comes off by working the clips one by one.

Is it possible to replace that black front lower lip without completely removing the bumper?
No, there connected together with clips and screws. You need to remove the bumper to replace the black portion on the bottom.
