      Taco meat. I do Keto, eat a lot of ground beef. Taco meat is nice bit of variety for me. No taco shells; I just eat it with a spoon! If you have a taste for it, it's good cold right out of the container you'd store leftovers in.

    Nice recipe
    Though I'd probably replace the beef stock with red wine and apple cider vinegar to elevate the flavor a little more, and because I assume you're pairing this with pasta and red sauce more regularly than any other dish. The slight hints of acidity, and the depth of the wine will compliment your other dishes better, and likely make your already great meatballs much more memorable.

      Will the wine and apple cider vinegar evaporate? I’ve made this recipe just like the video and it was great! I’ll be trying it with the wine and vinegar tonight!

    • @maesdejardin8648
      @maesdejardin8648 11 месяцев назад +2

      @@xpnkxpacx Yes, they will evaporate. wine tends to have a slightly lower boiling point than water, while apple cider vinegar boils at roughly the same temperature (give or take a degree).
      Let me know how it turns out with the changes. Ironically, I'm doing spaghetti and meatballs tonight at the Ranch.

    It’s funny to me how many comments are asking what they can substitute, what they cannot use, etc. NOTHING!
    Recipes are designed for a reason with every ingredient in mind, if you want the “best meatballs ever” that will blow your mind, do not change anything, otherwise your opinion on how the end result turns out is worthless. And the result is not what the chef intended.
    Put some effort in, make a trip to the store, it’s worth it.
