In this Tutorial I'm showing you how to create the base of a Frenchcore Kick in Serum. I also give some tips on how you can alter your Frenchcore Kick and Virtually create many different Characters out of one preset, which you can later export and use to layer and process a perfect and own unique Frenchcore Kick.

hey man awesome tutorial. if your trying to make this kick sound not all in serum. how would you about doing that. lets say you synthesize the kick and you wanted to make teh bass that comes after it in something else. do you just sidechain the bass after the kick hit?

How do you protect your hearing during production?
I keep the levels pretty low and for the most part I try to stay away from headphones. I never heard of anybody getting hearing damage in the studio. It's more important to protect your ears at loud events.
@@generalguyble thanks a lot. "Toks" sometimes too loud, even with limitation. And I have to use headphones because of night production. Well, my friend has lost his hearing of high frequencies during production, and it's not a aging problems.
@@nickkositsyn4597 do you use Sonarworks for your headphones or did you ever tried it? With that one the frequencies are more balanced and I feel I don't need to push the headphones too loud.
