Sleep Talkdown by the Fire (No Music + Black Screen)

- This fireside talkdown begins with a short breathing exercise, and is then followed by a simple visualisation, imagining your ideal place to relax, which will help to take your mind away from present worries. It will then go into a "countdown to relaxation" from 20, and will finish with some repeating affirmations that will gradually become quieter until you are left with the soothing sound of the crackling fire as you continue to fall asleep.

This has been a huge help! I have insomnia and alpha intrusion sleep. No amount of melatonin or other sleeping pills has done anything for me, but this video always manages to get me to sleep. I can't thank you enough!
