Thank you for subscribing and welcome! This is my first year as a full-time academic, and even though I love it, it feels exhausting lol. Which size Jibun Techo do you prefer?
That planner definitely fits you. The chart pages in the front looks like tracker pages. Seems like a great planner for an academic. I prefer the muted colors too ❤
Oh tracker! That's the word I couldn't think of. I am determined to step up my planner game for 2024! Not only for decorating, but daily use and keeping track of goals and budgeting!
I started Dec 2023 with the B6 Slim, loved it but felt cramped so got an A6 Slim; realized that it wasn’t much bigger than the B6 yet felt way heavier, so now I’m back and everyday amazed at what a great planner it is!
@@PlatypusPlans I thought about getting the Idea or Life book this year but didn't! I'm gonna try using a single notebook to carry around at work where I jot everything down, and then transfer things to my planner as needed..but I dunno if that will end up happening lol !
I adored the b6 slim planner, the biggest downside for me was there were no leather covers on the market at the time I was using it. Now Gillio has a b6 slim leather cover in many beautiful colors. I was looking at buying the daily pages too, but it shot the cost to over $80 for the planner.
I feel like planner prices have really gone up (well, everything has really). But when I saw Hobonichis in store at Kinokuniya and Omni Zakka for like $60+ just for the actual planner!! I was like ummm maybe not.. I hear the quality of Gillio is excellent!
@@stationery.shenanigans they have gone up, however buying from Japan was not as expensive as I thought it would be. It’s the local resellers doubling the price. Plus shipping. The cousin full year is $33 through Japan. Japan’s shipping cost $35 but if you spent $250 usd shipping is free. It is definitely great to combine orders with friends to meet the minimum price for free shipping. I will be buying directly from Japan again. Even if I spend $250 I can sell my surplus online and still make my money back as shipping would still be cheaper to the buyer than buying from Amazon or jetpens. That’s if I can’t find a planning buddy to combine our orders. Ooh I love my Gillio. It’s such an amazing soft leather. I am in love. 😻
Right like who are we kidding 🤣 I could use only Kokuyo paper for the rest of my life and be happy! Good question - the Jibun is too wide for a TN cover but I have a feeling it would work well within Moterm cover 🤔
Love that beige, so classic!
the matte black and navy are very beautiful, but I just love beige!
I’ve been using my Jibun Techo, this is my 3rd year. I loved hearing you’re an academic as well! New subbie! ❤

@@stationery.shenanigansI use the A5 size.Looking forward to your videos!
Yes, thank you. Not every planner lover loves florals. :)
I always wish they would make more neutral choices! But year in and year out, the florals come out lol
Very cool to see jibun! btw you can photocopy the weekly plan so you have another copy!
That's a really good idea! I'm determined to step up my planning for 2024.

Never seen the inside of one like that . Thanks for sharing this. Happy New Year 🎊
I love the feel of the paper. I just wish they included a few more blank pages for note taking. Thanks for watching!

Yes I find it to be the best all-around planner! The only thing missing is some extra notebook pages in my opinion.
Do you use the Idea book? That’s been my lifesaver. I jot down my brain dumps and everything else that comes to mind

You can photocopy the pages you want more of and washi-tape them in!!
Yes that's a good idea!
Of course you went for the Kokuyo paper hahaha! Question, if you removed the Jibun from the cover, does it fit into a TN cover?

@@stationery.shenanigans yes! Moterm! Perfect!
