Glad you were able to get setup for the academic year. It looks like a quality planner despite low price and no frills, minimal. I’m starting to really despise the multilingual stuff we get here in Europe - all the extra text and codes 😅 and yes - what a deal for 5 bucks!
That's why sometimes I don't like some of the Japanese planners because a lot of the text is useless to me (although it looks cool! But functionality is lost). I really did like using this planner last year (which I got randomly on Amazon for $10 before school started, still a deal!) so when I saw that this was on sale for $5, I decided it was a sign lol. Instead of using it for JUST school, it's going to be my everything planner (for now!)
Wow, 5 bucks is incredible! I love the edging matching the color of the cover, nice touch. And that metal charm on the pagemaker - so cool. Again, how is all of this for just $5?! 😮❤
Even when I paid $10 for it last year, it was definitely worth it. So when I saw the deal I just had to go for it! I'm also not feeling "tied" to a single planner - so if I decide to change this one month in, that's perfectly okay! I need to reset my mind about this stuff lol
I have planner peace now for a year now in my Jibun Techo and also for many years in my Hobonichi Cousin and also weeks. I use a few planners for different things so those 3 are the PERFCT fit for me. Finding that perfect fit took years! I also use my Traveler's Company notebooks for creative journaling and daily stuff! So happy you have found one you are loving! Makes it so much easier to stick with things and get 'em done!!! Im going to Kinokunia, Daiso and all the fun stores at the Mitsuwa Market Place today (NJ)
Sorry for the delay in my reply! I just spent the last week in NJ, now I am Philly and will start to head back to Tennessee tomorrow (with a rest night in between) I'm so excited to get back to my own home and desk lol!! Did you get anything good? I did go to Ebisu in Philly's Chinatown today which is kind of like a mini DAISO/TESO Life Japanese store and got some small kitchen things!!
Normally I wouldn't go for red, but decided I should mix it up and try new things! Wow, his college starts Sept 1 - that is pretty late. Our first day of classes is August 19th, meaning I am in workshops the week of the 12th - the hardest part is getting into the routine: packing breakfast/lunch/dinner, spending all day on campus, etc - but I am excited for the semester! I'm teaching a class with a new curriculum that I am going to develop further, and I'm working in the Writing Center!

@@stationery.shenanigans I totally hear you! Planners are tools. They work for us, we don't work for them ;)
What a nice planner and the price makes it even better. Looks great!
There's something special about the thicker paper!
