After taking lunch dinner i feel like soft pain just down near to my ribbs

Hi Dr Tomar. Excellent explanation. I am trying to help a young man who works with my son in his restaurant in Gurgaon. Have sent him to a senior Dr in Gangaram hosp. He's given him two tablets, both starting with N. I forget,you wld know them. Inspite of nearly 2 months of meds,pain, loose stools persist. Endoscopy has revealed ulcers in the Ileum. His diet is simple. The boy feels weak ( has lost weight) & is poor thing, quite perturbed. Any advice ?

@@megomotors3257 if you have h pylori confirmed pl take three drug protocol that includes two antibiotics high dose for 14/15 days regular. I tried seven months everything nothing worked. Antibiotics Did fix it. There on go on probiotics for two months and good yogurts. Take l glutamine powder two spoons two time day that fixes gut health
Mesacol or mesalazine is allopathic prescription for ulcerative condition. It can help but there is need for alternative supplements to fix it. Green juices, l glutamine powder, olive oil in salad and food, no fast food or drinks etc. He should be checked for h pylori infection. May be he took steroids earlier that causes severe ulcer. But it's reversible by better diet and no emotional upsetting
