  • In the following series of videos, I visit Scandinavia for the first time and start in the Danish capital Copenhagen.
I have always wanted to visit and don't really know what to expect, but ultimately am excited to see what treats this city has to fill my Bantu Belly!
What I do know is Copenhagen is set on 2 islands: Zealand and Amager and is also linked to the Swedish city Malmo by a bridge.
Hopefully on our travels we'll get to visit there too.
Also, around 23% of Copenhagen's population are immigrants and with them they've bought a wide variety of delicious delights that am looking forward to going in on!
in this video I also visit Freetown Christiania.
Freetown Christiania (Danish: Fristaden Christiania) or simply the Staden, is in the
    Christianshavn neighbourhood.
This commune is an intentional community
in the heart of the city.
The community dates back to 1971, when
it was a military squatted base.
Over the years, Pusher Street has become
infamous due to the open trade of cannabis.
It's existence is an issue of debate, as cannabis is ILLEGAL in Denmark!

As someone who loves frikadeller (the meatball), the version with chicken is absolutely not traditionally danish. I never had one made of chicked in my life, and never saw it for sale either. They are always made from pork or half pork/half cow. The other version is with fish. But never chicken.
