What would have KINDA make sense is "We are both EXPRESSED as different colors". Again though it's still not the best way to word that. To me he just sounds like he is rambling made up sterotypical things people type on Instagram post. I don't hate the guy and good for him, he seems to have a strong following. I think that we are all comprised of energy. However, I believe that creativity makes us who we are. No other life on this earth even has the capability to be as intuitive and ingenuitive and expressive as we humans are. This kind of creativity, composed partly by an inexplicable energy makes us each unique, yet individual.
I agree that no religion can make you any more or any less equal to everyone else than who you already are. Nonetheless, I will assert that such exact creativity which we possess cannot have occurred by energy but by creativity. Moreover, I presume that there is a single creative mind Who has designed all us -- all this energy.

I would say that our creativity doesn't make us but defines us. You are right, life is energy. A flowing, vibrant, forceful energy and that is life. Yet that is not me nor is it you. You do not compose life rather life composes you. Choices you decide; from those choices your identity is derived. That is creativity. Energy is not your lifeline to survive. It is to function for you to thrive. Yes, creativity doesn't make you you, but neither does energy.

Every thought you think, every words you speak, every action you take, and everything we have ever created is just energy transforming to a physical form through a medium, which is you(Obviously your thoughts words and action are influenced by the environment around you, but that influence itself is a creative process). In the same way, you and me and every life on this planet is a tranformation of energy to life through a medium, which is nature. And it keeps going back all the way to beginning of universe or for a better term physical universe. So i would say universe itself is a creative process where the energy transforms into more and more complex details and the details create even more complex details and so on. And so, you are one of the creation as well as the creator at the same time caught in that process.

To me energy only explains this physical world. What for our emotions? To express emotions energy energy is exerted. Also, what for our conscience? To rationalize takes energy, yet those particular thoughts are not energy. Alas, man, and truly no physical life, can create something from nothing. Even in what we think is to be nothing it's actually composed of mass- less particles zooming randomly at unfathomable velocities. But I am no science wiz. Our talk better suits my energies. (Get it?)
Anyway, I do think energy that we have been referring is not physical. Nor do I believe it entirely spiritual. Instead, this energy we speak of belongs to the supernatural. And we are intrinsically and fundamentally spiritual; neither supernatural or physical. Does that make sense?
I'm saying that we are and everything is comprised of energy. But that only pertains to a part of us; only a portion of the grand picture. Creativity is yet another part though not completing the whole of life. As I said before, life is an energy forceful, vibrant, and flowing. But that is life unaffected by how we move through it. Atoms are energy and they build things, but they are lost in what they are doing.

Adriaen Thibeault I get what your saying. What is it that cause that spark of creativity. But as i said before, this universe itself is a creative process, energy tranforming to physical form of energy using energy itself as a medium. As its been said that energy never dies, just changes form. I think what you want to know is that what is that spark that causes creativity to function for energy to change form. First thing to give an analogy, if you think of this universe filled with sand completely, within that, there is an infinite possibilities or every shape of sand castle already exist within that sand universe, all thats needed is to extract that shape through a creative process. In the same way, energy (spirit, consciousness-different term referring to the same underlying essence of existence) is everything the universe is made of, that includes every thought to emotion and also imagination(And imagination is sort of tapping into that souce of infinite possibilities but yes it already exists). And thats where creativity comes in. But creativity if you look at it, is itself a very gradual process, one building upon the other, influenced by the immediate environment. And to see creativity in even deeper sense, forget human creativity through mind, see how an sperm and eggs fuse together and a human being is created(Creative process is happening in the whole level- if you get the answer to this creative process of birth, its the same with everything in existence). It took billion of years of going through that process to able to create such miraculous phenomenon. And to create human it took universe 14 billion years. And so we are disposed with such intelligence and creativity because we are that universe itself. But what i still dont know yet is what started the first bang, first sound or vibration or frequency that started the physical manifestation of universe and that creative process.

Energy is more real than people realize. Scientists literally found it in the 1890s to be energy inside atoms. All Atoms aren't matter, they are energy found inside. We really are energy and our soul according to Bruce Lipton is not dead when our brains die we live on forever I recommend researching the Bruce Lipton guy on epigenetics environment and chosen views on life matter. It makes me wanna live more and be happy in life being thankful constantly. It helps I highly recommend look his research out. Please recommend Bruce to your friend he found that our genetics don't control us like we thought. He removed DNA from human cells and they acted exactly the same in all functions only difference they died in months but otherwise no DNA same characteristics. We can view life thankfully for days or minutes and change the subconscious mind that rules our lives apparently. Its highly recommended

Before the video even started I already started crying because of an ad that popped up. It was about a girl named Brachi and how people would make fun of her and say her hand looked weird. She said, "I don't want to be made fun of and sometimes I don't even want to go to kindergarten." It broke my heart when she said my heart won't be able to support me much longer and that she didn't want to die, she wanted to live....
