I love the focus on mobility in the beginning, one of the most important things to do in fitness, useful for those of us in martial arts as well as those of us that want to carry out fitness into old age. Mobility is where most people fail and then lose all progress as it crumbles in age. Very nice

Hi im always confused on eveytime i train like i have never had a plan and i just do anything i feel al time, however this video of yours is so perfect for me and its what i always wanted like explosive power but i just wanted to know whats the best full week plan to balance everything out or would doing everything in this video everyday monday to friday be good enough or would you have a complete different type of training on certain days like example one day heavyweights one day lightweights one day bodyweighy one day just cardio, just want to know what woul be best beneficial plan to have for a full week to get better performance all year round, thanks
why they won't understand that weight training is not benefical but even detrimental for speed. The one guy squats 5 plates but had bad single leg jumping mechanics and relative low hamstring strength. I bet he isn't the fastest.

Weight & strength training is part and parcel for optimum speed and power training.... but it's all about programming
