INGREDIENTS:
Potato 3 medium size
Smashed well
Salt to taste
Pepper powder to taste
Dry parsley to taste
Half beaten egg
Corn flour 3 tbsp
Mix well
Grease hands with oil
Mozzarella cheese
Seal well
1 tbsp (add with remaining egg)
Coat with breadcrumbs
Fry until golden brown medium flame
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
