TODAY'S RECIPE IS Potato Cheese Bites | Cheese Potato Snacks Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Boiled potato 2 medium size
Smashed well
Onion 2 tbsp
Parsley 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Garlic 1/2 tsp
Ginger 1/2 tsp
Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala 1/4 tsp
Mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup
Corn flour 3 tbsp
Mix well
Dip into beaten egg
Coat with breadcrumbs
Fry until golden brown high flame
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
