It’s painful to watch a fighter in their 50’s fighting anyone. Any person over 40 years old knows what I’m talking about. I’m 49 & literally have a hard time climbing in & out of my car. The body breaks down in ways youth can’t even imagine until they experience it down the road
Well I'm 57 been doin martial arts since 9; now I can't kick a basketball net anymore, but I promise if I trained I could. And by the way I haven't worked out in years and can STILL do 50 pushups straight and correct form.
