He's so very beautiful!!!😍 I just adopted my first silicone baby, and immediately bought some of this Matte powder, I love how it makes him feel. I wanted the best for him, so hopefully it will keep him at his best for many years.
I'm matting my silicone babies with this now and really love how soft it is..very smooth and silky..But I'm doing a full matting in uncured silicone versus just a powdering..still have to rinse to hit the last areas I could get yet cause of my sculpts position of arms have to do in sections for arms/hands,will see how it did soon I'm done but I like it so far,very pretty finish

I need to get some of this ASAP! I tried cornstarch on my silicone orangutan but it made the area around his hair look white!
I am new to painting silicone dolls, I would just like to ask if cornstartch for matting can have effective results as removing the shine spots and having a soft touch feel and if it gets removed with water? ❤️
@@massamarier.6956 I do not recommend using cornstarch. I used it once, but I wish I never did. First, it makes the area white. Washing with water makes the area shiny again. Second, I've heard it can attract animals and bugs to eat the silicone! Even dogs and cats :( I would only use a matte powder that's recommended by other people who make high end silicone baby dolls. Off the top of my head, the two products I know that are good are D3 matting powder and Silicone Velvet Matting Powder. Macpherson's sells some too. Good luck!

How much would you charge to rematte a doll? What would you do if the paint was peeling?
It's just fine silica which is glass ground into powder. So i would be very careful with it in the air, in your lungs and eyes it's horrible.
Hi , can the Matt powder be used on harder silicone like dragon skin silicone dolls and all types of silicone dolls ?
It definitely can, yes. I have a dragonskin silicone I use it on.
