OH MY GOSH! Crysta looks gorgeous!
If you want to give Crysta's face & hair another try fill free, use acrylic yarn that matches her hair. As any dolls artist like Hextian or Dollightful. I love Ferngully, I used to watch it many times when I was a kid.
Can you imagine if Hextian made Crysta?

Happy to see Ferngully getting some love! I wore that VHS out and also, "Some Other World" by Elton John during the ending credits is woefully slept on. It slaps!! I know you had some struggles but I think she looks super sweet! Tip for future? You didn't ask but I will wince and say it anyway...save the length of doll hair you cut off, try to make a doll wig cap? Or wepts from black brushed out yarn? The stiffness of yarn might help with the hold for a more pixie cut shape. Sometimes they just put kinks in the factory hair that WILL NOT come out.
