Hello there, I have the DJI Phantom 4 Pro Plus V2.0 , am I supposed to connect any cable between the remote controller and the aircraft while updating through the DJI GO 4?
Hi Flip, for Phantom 4 Pro Plus V2.0, there is no need to connect the RC and aircraft via any cable, Make sure the RC and aircraft have been linked, then refer to the above tutorial to update, it will work.
@@DJISupportGlobal well after doing that, crystalsky keeps telling me there would be a latest version available... though the latest is installed and I got success at the end of the update... ideas?
Hello all the video short tutorial are good, but you have flaws with the Phantom 4 pro PLUS VIDEO a lot !! I personally prefer to see a video tutorial za DJI PHANTOM 4 PRO PLUS 2.0 !!!! Does not personally allow me to do updates on my computer to the newer version not through the application always make the update one more time dji I do not know if I'm doing it right?

You may choose the "Update" button in the DJI Assistant 2 to update the corresponding firmware. When new functions have been added, performance has been optimized and bugs have been fixed, a new firmware version will be released to enhance user experience. We would recommend you update it to the newest firmware in general.
Hi Manuel, just to verify, you want an update for Phantom 4 Pro built-in screen RC to connect an iPad, if so, we are sorry to tell that is not supported. If you need to connect the iPad to the RC, a regular RC is needed. Thank you for your understanding.
DJI Support yes thank you but what I was trying to said is the RC with the built in screen have a usb connector it will be good if you make update to be able to use the iPad so we can use the controller instead of buy another RC controller

I find the 7 tutorials very quick and quite vague.
