I've incorporated a few exercises I've seen on your channel and within 1 month I've broken plateaus on the big 3. Gonna have to buy the hoss project. I appreciate the great content
I like finishing with sessions with isometrics. I think they provide an opportunite for high stress on the tissues but they don't elicit much fatigue/soreness. I also just think they're fun and a simple way of challenging yourself.

@@willratelle8027 Thats a good point. I also noticed that i rarely get sore when i focus on isometric contractions
